Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Generally, our processing time from the time you place your order for in-stock items is 1-3 business days, plus shipping time. The processing time for made-to-order items (such as canvases) varies per product, so check the product listing for specifics.

Q: WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE HALF OF MY ORDER?
A: Canvases, some apparel, phone cases and tote bags are shipped separately from print orders. That being the case, your order may arrive in more than one package.

Q: DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
A: No, we do not offer custom prints at this time.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Q: CAN YOU SHIP ONE ORDER TO TWO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES? 
A: Unfortunately, we cannot. If you'd like an order to go to two different addresses, please place two separate orders. 

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 
A: Yes, we do! The checkout process for international orders is the same as our domestic orders. Just allow extra processing time for your order to go through customs. Read more about out International shipping policies here.

Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY PHONE CASES FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE IPHONE?
A: Not currently, but we hope to in the future.

Q: I’M PLANNING A CONFERENCE AND WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE SOME G+P PRODUCTS IN OUR GIFT BAGS FOR THE ATTENDEES. DO YOU HAVE BULK PRICING?

Q: I AM A RETAILER INTERESTED IN WHOLESALE INFORMATION. ARE YOU ACCEPTING WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS?

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND A PRINT OR PRODUCT AS A GIFT? 
A: We do not include prices on our packing slips, so no worries if your purchase is being shipped as a gift. If you would like to include a gift message, be sure to include it in the notes text box on the check-out page and we'll make sure it's included.

Q: DO YOU HAVE FRAME SUGGESTIONS FOR YOUR PRINTS? 
A: We're not able to give you personalized recommendations on which prints and/or frames work best for your space – it's definitely a matter of personal preference. (We suggest grabbing a stylish friend who's seen your space and asking their opinion.) However, our all-time favorite, go-to frame is this particular one from Target. It looks good in virtually any space and the larger mat really makes the artwork pop. (8x10 version here, 11x14 version here). If you're looking for a more customized option, be sure to check out Framebridge. (We love them!)
