RETURNS + EXCHANGES
In order to initiate a return, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. You can email your request to email@example.com and please be sure to include your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, new condition. Returns will only be accepted on full-priced merchandise (non sale). Please note, that the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If an item arrives damaged or becomes defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as well as a photo(s) of the item. Damaged/defective items can only be replaced within 30 days of your order date.
All of our ready-to-hang canvases are made to order. Due to the nature of this product, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on canvases after it has been printed. If for some reason your canvas arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as you receive your item.

It is the buyers responsibility to provide a valid shipping address that is safe and secure against theft and protected from the elements. Address changes cannot be accommodated after an item has shipped.
Packages are shipped First Class Mail via USPS. Orders usually take 3-4 business days once dispatched, but there is no guaranteed delivery time by USPS.
Shipping times vary based on your international shipping address. Please note that possible import duties, taxes and other charges (which vary) are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders cannot be marked as gifts.
LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES
Have you checked the tracking number provided in your shipment notification email? USPS Domestic - If your tracking shows delivered and it has been more than 7 days since the 'delivered' date please contact your local post office and they will get in touch with your local carrier for details and to locate your package. International Orders - If your international order is late it may be held at customs. Contact your local post office for information.
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
COLORS / MONITORS
There may be a variation in colors between your print and what you see on the monitor due to differences in monitor settings, calibration, color space, viewing environment and perception. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Coupons can only be redeemed by entering a valid coupon code during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, coupon codes cannot be reused.
