RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to love your order. If for any reason you need to make a return, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. Email us at orders@graceandporter.com with your order number, and we’ll help you get started.

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and full-priced (sale items are not eligible).

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@graceandporter.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Damaged or defective items can be replaced within 30 days of your order date.

Please note: apparel, mugs, wipe-off calendars, posters, and framed prints are made to order. Because of this, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once they’ve shipped. If your item arrives damaged, let us know right away and we’ll make it right.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide a valid shipping address that is safe from theft and protected from the elements. Please double-check your information, as we cannot accommodate address changes after your order has shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery times vary depending on your location. Import duties, taxes, and other charges (which differ by country) are not included in product or shipping prices. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders cannot be marked as gifts.

 

LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

Domestic orders: If tracking shows “delivered” but your package has not arrived, and it has been more than 7 days since the delivery date, please contact your local post office. They will follow up with your carrier for details. 

International orders: Delays may occur if your package is held at customs. Please contact your local post office for more information.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with PayPal.

 

COLORS / MONITORS

Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Differences in monitor settings, calibration, and lighting are normal and not considered defects.

 

COUPON CODES

Coupons may be applied by entering a valid code at checkout. Unless otherwise specified, codes are single-use and cannot be reused.
